Dramatic Eye Makeup Done Easy
Dramatic eye makeup is clean and sophisticated. Every woman will love this style...especially if you're bold and confident!
Although this look is intense and powerful, it also invokes a stylish elegance. Make a statement at work and enjoy at night out on the town without changing your eye makeup.
Here's how to do it.
NOTE: Foundation should be applied before eye makeup.
What you will need.
1. black liquid eyeliner 2. white eyeliner pencil - No off white colors. 3. dark brown eye shadow 4. light brown eye shadow 5. mascara - Remember it's dramatic eye makeup, so use jet black. Those eyeshadow duos work great for #3 and #4.
Steps
1. Sweep the light shade of eye shadow across the entire lid. Go all the way up to the eye brow.
2. Apply the dark shade of eye shadow in the eye crease. Don't be too heavy with this shade. You just want to give the eye a little depth.
3. Draw a line across the bottom of the eye lid with the liquid eyeliner . Go from the inner corner to the outer corner. Stay as close to the lash line as possible. If you've never used liquid liner before, you may be scared to do this. But if you can draw a line on a piece of paper, then you can put on liquid liner perfectly.
4. Line the inside of the lower eye with the white eyeliner pencil . This opens the eye and gives it a bright look. 5. Draw a line under the eye with the liquid liner. Start from the inner corner and go out. Remember to stay as close to the lash line as possible. Slightly extend the line past the eye at the outer corner.
6. Apply
mascara.
