Lip Liner Done Easy
Lip liner (pencil) is what you're going to use for shape and definition. It also prevents lipstick from feathering.
The general rule is to choose a shade darker than your lipstick. I really don't have a specific brand to recommend. I don't think one liner is that much better than another. Just try to get a liner in the same brand of your lipstick/lip gloss. That way, the colors will blend together perfectly.
To Create Fullness:
Apply the pencil on the outside the mouth line.
Don't go too far on the skin.
To Minimize Fullness:
Apply the pencil just inside
the natural mouth line.
Steps for application.
1. Start in the middle of the top lip to create the arches.
2. Go down each side until you get to the corners.
3. For the bottom, start in one corner and go to the other.
4. Fill in lips with your favorite lipstick
