Moisturizer Done Easy

cremeinjar

I hope your using some moisturizer on your face. If your not, please start.

Even if you don't do anything else for your face, whether you wear makeup or not, no matter how old you are, YOU NEED A FACE MOISTURIZER.

As we age, our skin loses moisture. This is the #1 reason why skin looks older. Factors like sun exposure, extreme cold, smoking, drinking, pollution and hormones all contribute to facial dehydration.

Apply face cream daily, before makeup and after washing your face. So twice a day should be good. Follow the directions for use with special serums and oils that contain strong ingredients like pure vitamin C.

There must be millions of face creams on the market. These tips should help you narrow the selection when shopping for one.

Choosing a Product

- Use one that's appropriate for your skin type: normal, oily, dry, aging or sensitive.

- Check the label of the product to see what type it's made for.

- Price is not always indicative of quality. I'm not referring to drug store vs. department store here.

- Make sure it has an SPF of at least 15. If you already have one that you're using and you love it, then use a foundation with an SPF.
